NTB melder at talsmann for det nasjonale sikkerhetsråd, John Kirby, sier evakuering av 1 million mennesker er å legge lista høyt, men at Det hvite hus forstår israelerne. NTB vrir ordene til det stikk motsatte:

NTB foretar en tolkning av Kirby og tillegger han noe han ikke sier:
