Joe Biden gjorde to blundere på rad mandag. Han kunne ikke komme på navnet til Mitt Romney, og han sa han stilte til valg i Senatet. Det er ikke første gang han sier han stiller til Senatet.

Utgangspunktet var spørsmålet om religion skulle være tema når noen skulle ha et offentlig embete. I den forbindelse ville Biden fortelle om Mitt Romney:

«You may remember, I got in trouble when we were running against the senator who was a Mormon, the governor, OK? And I took him on,» Biden said. «No one’s faith should be questioned.»

Men verre er det at han for annen gang tror han stiller til valg til Senatet. Biden var senator før han ble visepresident for Obama.

Problemet for Biden er at det han sier, ikke gir mening. Det er ingen vanlig forsnakkelse. Trump kunne ikke dy seg.
